While we provide excellent security, we recommend insuring high-value items stored at Go to Storage. You can arrange for storage insurance through your personal or business insurance provider to cover potential loss, damage, or theft.

When is rent due for my storage unit?

Rent for your storage unit is due monthly, with payments to be made by the last day of each month. Your first payment is required when you book your storage unit and prior to occupying it.

We are a cashless facility, and we accept payments via EFT or Debit Orders for your convenience.

What payment methods does Go to Storage accept?

At Go to Storage, we only accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and Debit Orders. We are a cashless facility, ensuring secure and easy transactions for all our customers.

 How does invoicing work at Go to Storage?

Once your storage unit is booked, you will receive a detailed invoice outlining your rental costs and the payment due date. We send monthly invoices to ensure you’re always up-to-date with your payments.

What does the quoted price for my storage unit include?

The price on your storage unit quote includes:

  • Rental of your storage unit
  • 24/7 security access with CCTV, monitored gates, and electric fencing
  • VAT (Value-Added Tax)
  • Access to our site during normal business hours

Additional services, such as mobile crane services, may incur extra charges, which will be included in your final quote.

Are there any additional costs at Go to Storage?

We aim to be transparent with our pricing. Besides the standard rental fee, there may be additional costs for optional services, such as:

  • Mobile crane services (available on request, at an additional cost)
  • Late payment fees: A 10% fee will be charged on any late payments made during the duration of the contract. This will apply if payment is not made by the last day of the month, and will be added to your next monthly payment.

These fees will always be disclosed upfront, ensuring no hidden charges.
